REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order at any point until it has been shipped. If your order is paid and you need to make a change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, you can request a refund or reshipment for products ordered if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time frame (45 days, not including 2-5 days for processing).
- You receive the wrong item.
- You do not want the product you have received (however, you must return the item at your expense and it must be unused).
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
